Doktor.cz is a platform that connects patients with medical practices in the Czech Republic. The Service provides:
Free basic profile with 0 photos, basic statistics, and approval process for edits (24-48h).
Includes ✓ badge, 10 photos, instant edits, priority placement in results, review responses, and enhanced analytics.
Includes everything from Verified PLUS: ⭐ Expert badge, 30 photos, ✨ primary photo as profile background (in hero and search results), TOP placement, advanced analytics, and priority support.
Payments are processed monthly or annually. Annual plans offer 2 months savings (16.7% discount). You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time.
When downgrading, photos beyond the Free plan limit are archived (not deleted) and can be restored upon upgrade.

Users may submit reviews and ratings for medical practices. By submitting content:
Practices with paid subscriptions can upload photos (10 for Verified, 30 for Expert). Expert practices can set a primary photo that displays as a profile background.
While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information about medical practices, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all information. Practice details, opening hours, services, and prices are provided by the practices themselves or collected from public sources. Users should verify critical information directly with the practice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Doktor.cz does not provide medical advice or medical services. We are not responsible for the quality of care provided by practices listed on our platform. Always consult with a qualified doctor for your health needs.
Doktor.cz and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
All content on Doktor.cz, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Doktor.cz or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
For paid subscriptions: Termination due to Terms violation will not result in prorated refunds. For regular cancellation, features remain active until the end of the billing period.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
