What do the different practice badges mean?
β Verified: Practice is verified and actively manages their profile. β Expert: Premium practice with extended services and highest priority in results. No badge: Basic profile, still a trustworthy source.
How do reviews work?
Reviews can be written by all users after visiting a practice. They go through moderation to ensure authenticity. Practices can respond to reviews, creating a dialogue with clients. Our goal is to provide transparent feedback.
Is Doktor.cz free for visitors?
Yes! Doktor.cz is completely free for patients. You can search practices, read reviews, get contact details, and use all our services without any fees.
Can I save favorite practices?
Yes! After creating a free account, you can save practices to your favorites for quick access. This feature is available in the top right corner of each practice profile.
What to do in case of medical emergency?
Use the quick filter "π¨ Emergency 24/7" on the search page or visit emergency results. Practices providing continuous care will be displayed. In critical cases, always call first!

Visit our page for practices and click "Start Free". You will go through a verification process and gain access to the control panel. The whole process takes approximately 5 minutes.

Can I change plans anytime?

Click "Sign in" in the top right corner and select "Register". You can register using email or (soon) social accounts. The process is quick and does not require a payment card.

How can I delete my account?
